Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces per product/size/design. For custom orders, MOQs may vary slightly depending on the complexity and printing requirements.
Yes, samples can be provided upon request.
Unprinted standard samples are usually free (shipping charges apply).
Custom printed samples are chargeable and refundable against bulk order.
Courier charges for international shipments are borne by the buyer.

Yes. Importers are responsible for customs clearance and duties in their country. These vary based on local laws, HS codes, and product classification. We’ll support you with all documentation required for smooth clearance.
In rare cases of damage or discrepancy, notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment with photos and details. We will investigate promptly and offer a resolution — which may include replacement, partial refund, or future credit (based on circumstances).
